The company was founded in 1988, with headquarters at Petrou Ralli 35, in Athens. Its main business is the construction of angle irons, fences and linear vineyard systems, supplying the market demand (Mesara plain, Heraklion, Crete, Nemea, Thebes and the rest of Greece) with an annual production of 400 tons.

After twelve years, it relocated in 2000 to privately owned premises of 3,500 sq.m. in the 2nd Industrial Zone of Kalamata - Meligalas, modernizing its equipment and adding new steel products.
